If deficient or time of menstruation, 40 drops, 3 times per day. For babies and small children, 1 - 5 drops per day. Can be rubbed into soles of feet. For older children, 5 - 10 drops per day. Adolescents use same amount as adults, as they are growing and need more of everything, even though they have not yet reached their full growth.
