Shipping & Returns

Our Goal is for you to receive your order within four business days!


Shipping Rates & Estimated Times:

All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service. If shipping to a PO box please provide a physical address just in case we have to drop ship from Pure Herbs. Pure Herbs Ltd ships with UPS and UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery times are approximate. You can expect your order within the following times:

$7 USPS MAIL- Delivery within 2 to 5 business days in most cases.

* Not including taxes, shipping within the continental U.S. USPS delivery. Hawaii and Alaska free shipping over $50 on in stock items.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, as long as the product has not been opened and/or used or damaged, you may return it within 14 days of shipment for a refund or replacement (subject to product availability and inspection). All returned orders are subject to a 15% ($7 minimum) restocking fee. However, if there is an error on our side, the restocking fee is waived.


E-mail us at herb@heavenandherbs.com or call us at 1 (239) 564-3727 and tell us of the reason for the return.

We do not require that you send back broken product; however, we do require that you send us digital photos of the packaging, both interior and exterior, which clearly show the leakage, breakage or other issue.

We require you to pay for shipping when the return is for any reason other than (a) the result of a defective product or (b) the product was damaged.

We do not issue a return authorization or refund for individual items that are part of a set unless you are returning the items because of our shipping mistake or because they are damaged or defective.

If you are requesting a replacement, then our Customer Service Representative will get that information from you and let you know when you can expect your new item to arrive. The representative will issue a Return Authorization number to you, along with other information, including the address where you need to return your order.

After we receive the merchandise you have returned, we will process your refund within 48 hours. We will make the refund on the same credit card you used to make your purchase. Please note: Credit on your card might not appear for up to 45 days, depending upon internal policies of your credit card issuer. The refund is based upon the amount you paid for the merchandise, plus tax (if applicable). If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us or a damaged or defective product, we will add shipping charges for delivery and return. Note that we pay only for ground service on return shipments.

Products which are not sealed or which are opened will not be returnable.

Once an order has shipped (the shipping confirmation email has been sent), it cannot be canceled.

Orders placed with an incorrect customer entered shipping address on a FREE SHIPPING order will be charged $7 on the return shipping. If that is refused a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from the return credit. In other words we won't ship twice for free.


Breakage Policy

We apologize breakage does happen and it can be a mess! If you receive your order and there is a breakage. Please notify us within 48 hours of the shipping confirmation and please email photos of the box inside and out to: john@heavennadherbs.com We need a minimum of 4 photos to submit as evidence to make a claim with USPS. The faster we receive these photos the faster we can have another bottle on it's way to you.



Missing Shipment Policy

On the rare occasion where a shipment goes missing after it's confirmed "delivered". A USPS claim must be filed by the buyer first. This can be accomplished by clicking this link: https://www.usps.com/ship/file-domestic-claims.htm





Heaven & Herbs may at their discretion discontinue the Free Shipping Program.
